I've found the staff to be super friendly and helpful, they know the products TSB sell well and have always managed to answer any questions I have asked them. Paying in cash is simple despite the branch having no counter service as a automated deposit ATM is available along with another 24hr cash machine in the lobby.
Staff are friendly enough but badly understaffed.

Been banking here since it was Midland Bank 25 or so years ago. Staff are always friendly and queues are not too bad.

People work there so friendly not even open account there . But the one in Gravesend that we had open account there there are absolutely joke not even showed their expression for caring customers .What they only said is the rule. And even their custo.ers relation head office us completely joke too. The recent I gave 3 * they should received 5 but the head office their customer services like the one in Gravesend. So I can imagination that anything's when wrong they won't look after customers at all. Very shame of head office managers . I requested for talking.g to managers in head office they said their boss busy or go holiday. Now nearly 1 months not even heard anything's. What kind of customer service is that???. If u have money need to tho ked about their customer services.
The Nationwide website is basically fine - there are few difficulties in using it and it is generally accessible 24/7. If I had a criticism it would be that it has so many adverts on it that speed of access is sometimes reduced - as you wait for the ad to load before you reject it. While I understand the bank's enthusiasm for advertising it's products to its customers, I do occasionally think that a simple switch to block adverts that customers see repeatedly would be a good idea (as well as a good selling point!). Some of us simply want online access to our accounts with options to choose other services rather than a continuous barrage of products - many of which we have no interest in.

Nadine @ A&E reception was absolutely helpful and very patient. The importance of 1st impression always come from reception and staff here are absolutely wonderful. Sometime they might have a hard time with patients but there’s nothing much they can do. Overall experience was good.
I had a total knee replacement a week ago. I want to highly praise my anaesthetist who made having the op by epidural and sedation a very positive experience. After having had a bad experience at another hospital, he went out if his way to reassure me and the whole thing was painless. My surgeon Mr Smith was brilliant too (Hopefully his work will give me my quality of life back). All the staff on Cherry Ward were very nice and always there to help. A big thank you to all involved in my care!

I was a choir boy at st Mary's church 1946 unti1951 the Rev Dudley Brown was the vicar, we had quite a large congregation which came from the surrounding area,of course at that time the church was quite isolated which meant that the congregation had quite far to walk. i know the church is over 1700 yrs old and used to have a tall spire which I was told was lost in a fire but I have no proof of this. The last time I was at the church was in 1984 and the same happened church was locked and no vicar. it is a shame that it has become necessary to lock our beautiful old monuments but I suppose in this modern age we have to put up with it or have them vandalised even during the war the church was never locked, and nothing was ever taken except maybe time to pray, i dought I will ever see the place again but I still have very fond memories.God bless all
Beautiful photos, a shame there are no internal ones.

I normally go out dinner there and the food is great, but this time i wanted to try the lunch buffet but was a bit disappointed. Not many choices of dishes although it's value for money. The plates were cold and you already lost your appetite. The staff was more than happy to warm the plates for me although they do not normally. The food was on the salty side. It's value for money but I would not really recommend. I prefer to stick to the à la carte. Unless, there is a major change in the lunch buffet. Nevertheless, the staff was courteous, polite and ready to help.
Nice environment, attentive staff and reasonably priced. Although some of the noodle dishes were quite bland (pad thai disappointing) the massaman curry was yummy!

We enjoyed our visit. Good food. Good and helpful staff. Good variety of meals and options for vegetarians and kids too. Fairly sized drinks. Worth the visit.
We've been here a few times and the food is always good. On a special occasion, I ordered the Sea Bass, I received the whole fish baked to perfection! Unfortunately, I couldn't do justice to the accompaniments, there was just so much on the platter. It was delicious.

Brilliant nursery. My son has grown into such an intelligent, bright happy boy going here. Amazing staff, lovely grounds, and ducks and chickens on site as pets. The food is varied and healthy
Good nursery but a little more pricey than the others I know of.

The teachers were quite nice and caring, and the school also had a sense of community. I met a few nice people there but the school lacked challenge. I hadn't learnt anything from Yr 4 onwards. The number of assemblies were excessive (maybe even an understatement). The only music lessons I recall having were in Yr 4. The only other instrument was a recorder, which only practiced hymns for the local church. They also lacked in drama. The only time I remember practicing drama in the school was in Yr 6, practicing the end of school play (which is essentially the bare minimum). As soon as I got into secondary school, I was completely unprepared and had a tough time learning certain subjects because we had not even briefly covered them in primary school. The school maintains relatively good behaviour however. I would say that both the negatives and positives balance quite equally. That's why I rated the school 3 stars.
best school i have ever been to hi everyone its Ben Tanner keep up the good work.

Was an awful school, but since ms kon left, it has gone SKY HIGH
Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to 180 Year 1 & Year 5 pupils at Fleetdown Primary School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, travelling across a future colonised Solar System and learning about the various types of stars. Thank you Fleetdown Primary for a very pleasant visit.
