Local Bookshops

West Village Shopping Centre, Dartford, Greenhithe DA9 9SE, UK – 01322 624831

Lovely staff that are always very helpful.Recently my mum told me that she had damaged her shirt while shopping there and was very upset. She got emailed an apology from the manager and was given a waterstones voucher. This was very nice of them as she is an avid reader and does shop here a lot. That's very good customer service.

Best place to find the book your liking for. Staff extremely helpful and give awesome recommendations.

The Works

Priory Shopping Centre, Dartford DA1 2HR, UK – 01322 586808

Great selection of local books on both Dartford and Kent, as well as the usual range of craft, art supplies and discounted books. Staff are helpful, but it is best to look online first and have your book delivered for in-store collection, to ensure the book you want.

Newsstand Comics and Candy

Suffolk Rd, Dartford DA1 1EJ, UK – 07969 124363

Micro store selling a range of American Candy, Comics and Graphic Novels. Staff are excellent, but the size of this store cannot be understated. Sadly despite being located so close to a free (1 Hour) car park, it is hidden away behind the car ramp and footfall here is not as high as it deserves to be. Worth a visit if in the area!

Really good Comic Book store and unfortunately very underrated for the service it provides - it just needs to be more identifiable and bigger so people will recognise it more!
